My Clients
I work with clients of all ages, both women and men, but I concentrate my practice around people over the age of 50. It’s important to remain fit at all stages of life, but especially as we get older so that we can live our best years actively and in good health.
Where I Work
I offer my services in my clients’ homes, outdoors and in certain fitness facilities in Vancouver.
Areas of Focus
I customize my clients’ training programs based on their goals and needs. This may include:

My Qualifications
I have several certifications, including:
- Certified Personal Training Specialist (Canfitpro)
- Senior Fitness Specialist (certificate of completion from the American Council of Exercise)
- Distraction, Trigger Point, Tissue Technique and Stability (DTS)
- Lean Coach (DTS)
- Training the Client with Pain (Kinetic Performance)
- Emergency First Aid, CPR and AED (Red Cross)
Who I Am
- I was born in Sweden. I have lived in France, Switzerland, England, Jordan, Thailand, Hong Kong and Australia.
- I am fluent in English, Swedish, French and conversational in Spanish and Thai.
- I worked for a global retailer for 17 years in Vancouver, where I wardrobed and styled women and men from all walks of life.
- I worked for a national fitness centre prior to opening my own practice.
- In 2018, I came in 1st place for my age group in the Granville Island Turkey Trot, a 10 kilometre run.
- I enjoy cooking for my family and friends. My specialty cuisines are Thai and Persian foods.
- I relax by gardening and reading.
- I have a husband and two adult children.
- I love walking my “grand-dog”, Luna.
